As a Remote Part Time 1099 Therapist, you'll be responsible for delivering evidence-based therapy to participants, monitoring their progress, and providing support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver remote care to participants through an 8-week evidence-based program, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused approaches.
• Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications, and care coordination recommendations, and document session notes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate as a member of the care team, assisting participants as needed with accessing resources, obtaining consent and authorization forms, and responding to high-risk participant encounters.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality as described in HIPAA Privacy & Security policies, and ensure compliance with annual training requirements.
• Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with supervisors, monthly team meetings, and Town Halls to stay informed and aligned with company goals and initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC/LMHC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) (or state equivalent).
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patients (10+ hours/week) within the hours of 9a-8pm local time.
• Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Clinical experience conducting psychotherapy utilizing CBT, DBT, and other solution-focused approaches.
• Interest in obtaining licensure in other states.
