You will work closely with our Online Chat Manager to ensure seamless issue escalation and resolution, while also promoting our products and services to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
• Build relationships with new customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally.
• Promote interest in our client products and services to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.
• Consistently achieve established standards of the position and continually improve performance.
• Project a positive and professional image through all interactions, embodying our company's values and mission.
• Provide administrative support to the customer service team as needed.
• Assist with overflow work and other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Essential Qualifications
