Job Overview: Digital Creative Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Creative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Digital Creative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Marketing Project Managers and collaborating with our UX/UI Designers, UX Writers, and Web Content Writers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless project execution, creative asset coordination, and efficient communication across teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist Marketing Project Managers in planning, organizing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns and creative projects. Ensure all team members are aligned on deadlines, deliverables, and priorities. Maintain and update project documentation, timelines, and task lists in project management tools.
- Creative Asset Management: Coordinate with UX/UI Designers, UX Writers, and Content Writers to gather, organize, and deliver creative assets. Review and ensure quality and consistency of creative materials across platforms. Manage digital asset libraries to ensure accessibility and organization for the team.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with writers and designers to brainstorm and develop concepts for marketing campaigns, website updates, and digital projects. Provide feedback on drafts or designs to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact between marketing and creative teams, facilitating efficient communication. Schedule and coordinate team meetings, creative reviews, and brainstorming sessions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of creative deliverables, gathering insights to inform future projects. Assist in preparing reports and presentations summarizing campaign outcomes and creative insights.
- Administrative Support: Maintain organized records of creative projects and marketing materials. Support marketing initiatives by conducting research, gathering insights, and preparing recommendations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or creative environment.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, or Trello).
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and digital marketing strategies.
