About the Role

As a Director, Digital Strategy - B2B, you will play a critical role in driving performance, guiding account teams, and orchestrating growth for top advertisers. You will serve as the main point of contact and client team lead for 2-3 clients with $500k/mo+ in ad spend, build and maintain client relationships, and drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning. You will also lead expansion into new digital paid media channels to facilitate growth and analyze performance data and KPIs to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact and client team lead for 2-3 clients with $500k/mo+ in ad spend
• Build, manage, and maintain client relationships
• Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning for accounts
• Analyze performance data and KPIs to optimize campaigns
• Lead expansion into new digital paid media channels to facilitate growth
• Familiarity with sensitive advertising groups such as cryptocurrency or healthcare
• Develop and present best-in-class measurement strategies specific to client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation

About You

The Essentials:

• 7+ years of paid performance digital marketing experience
• Deep familiarity working with B2B clients
• Experience forecasting and allocating digital marketing budgets across channels
• Comfortable digging into the weeds of reporting and ability to present best-in-class measurement strategies
• Performance marketing specialist with upper funnel and brand marketing best practices
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present digital marketing strategy to C-Suite and executive audiences
• Leadership skills, with the ability to step into leadership roles and empower team members
• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
• Comfortable optimizing toward back-end metrics from a CRM such as Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with sensitive advertising groups such as cryptocurrency or healthcare
• Familiarity with MTA, MMA, incrementality testing, and other advanced measurement tools
• Experience with cross-channel integration and strategic activation of channels such as search, social, display, video, ABM, and affiliate

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $118,000 - $139,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
