The Role: Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at ACT, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers via inbound calls. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to problems. Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous Call Center Experience: Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred.
- Data Entry and Basic Computer Skills: Data entry and basic computer skills are essential.
- Bilingual: Bilingual candidates are highly sought after.
- Criminal Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
