Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Information Systems Analyst to join our team at blithequark. As a member of the HRIS group, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR function by providing data analysis, reporting, and system configuration. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll, to ensure seamless integration of HR systems and processes. Key Responsibilities
- Provide data analysis and reporting support to HR stakeholders, including query development, data extraction, and report creation
- Configure and maintain HRIS systems, including SAP/EC, to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Develop and implement data quality checks to identify and resolve data issues
- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HR systems and processes
- Provide customer support to internal and external clients, including training and guidance on HRIS systems
- Develop and maintain documentation of HRIS systems, processes, and procedures
- Participate in project initiatives, including testing, documentation, and implementation of new HRIS systems and processes
- Analyze and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and provide recommendations to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support HR decision-making
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in HRIS, data analysis, or a related field
- Experience with HRIS systems, including SAP/EC, and data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL or other database management systems
- Experience with project management, including planning, organizing, and managing resources
- Experience with time management, including prioritizing and organizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Experience with technical writing, including developing documentation and user guides
- Knowledge of Human Resources concepts, practices, and techniques, including benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and training
- Basic level skill in Microsoft Access, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization
- Basic level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint, including presentation development and delivery
- Basic level skill in Microsoft Word, including document creation and editing
