Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled Educational Data Analyst/Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data science department, you'll work closely with school district administrators to understand their data analysis needs and challenges. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Experience in Educational Data Analysis: A minimum of 4 years of experience working with educational data, preferably in a data analyst or data engineer role.
- Data Visualization and Dashboard Design: Experience working with data visualization tools and dashboard design, with a portfolio of examples showcasing your expertise.
- Technical Skills: Advanced SQL skills, experience with Python for data cleaning, analysis, and automation, and familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data into digestible and actionable information.
