Job Overview
We're on the hunt for a talented and driven Enrollment Advisor to join our fully remote team. As an Enrollment Advisor, you will be the key to unlocking the potential of our students and families, providing them with personalized guidance and support throughout the college admissions process. Key Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with potential students and parents, serving as a supportive, high-energy, and trusted advisor to families.
- Consultative Approach: Deliver a consultative approach to enrollment by understanding families' goals, objectives, and challenges, and articulating Zenith's value propositions that best align with what the family is looking for.
- Meet and Exceed Goals: Commit to meeting and/or exceeding monthly and quarterly enrollment goals that align with the increased demand from parents who have already expressed a strong interest in learning more about our programs.
- Communication and Data Management: Monitor and respond promptly to various forms of communication (e.g., email, text, phone), accurately capture, report, track, and manage required data/metrics, and provide prompt and regular feedback on meetings and trends in weekly meetings.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years in enrollment, business development, customer success, account management/executive, or similar experience.
- Proven track record of success and a history of exceeding expectations, targets, and goals in previous roles.
- Ability to work one of the weekend days (Sat or Sun) consistently.
- Self-starter / Responsible / Proactive / Autonomous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibit strong emotional intelligence and communication abilities.
- Commitment to honesty and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the education sector or a related field.
- Familiarity with college admissions processes and requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 - $200,000 per year, with no earnings cap.
