Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 6+ months of customer service experience.
- Dual monitors and a hard-wired internet connection are required.
- Friendly and caring tone with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, approachable manner and support a positive environment for customer interactions.
- Knowledgeable care for various customer needs with the ability to maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Ability to display empathy in adverse environments and maintain composure in challenging situations.

- Typing and language skills with a normal typing speed and strong spelling and grammar skills.
