Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with calls from and to customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status.
• Review reports to aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations, and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product, providing support and guidance to customers and team members.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word, and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, reservation management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with U-Haul's products and services, including the U-Box portable storage product.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret reports and make informed decisions.
