About the Role:
- Identify and prospect new customers to generate sales leads and expand our customer base
- Engage with potential customers through various sales techniques, including social media advertising, lead follow-up, networking, and online outreach
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions by recommending suitable container options and accessories
- Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of our container products to potential customers
- Negotiate sales and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and activity logs using our CRM software
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the container or related industry, with a successful track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build long-lasting relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, coupled with a customer-centric approach
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in utilizing sales tools and technologies
