Your Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with our team to educate prospective members about healthsharing and evaluate their needs to determine the best programs for their situation
- Deliver exceptional customer service through timely responses and accurate member program enrollment
- Answer program inquiry calls, address customer concerns, and resolve questions in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize modern sales methodology, verbal skills, and computer skills to drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual membership goals
- Maintain HIPAA certification and member confidentiality, ensuring the highest level of integrity and trust
