Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our Publishing team at Disney Consumer Products. As a key support member, you will play a vital role in driving sales and licensing efforts across various projects and deliverables. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our beloved brands and franchises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for sales and licensing teams, including event planning, note-taking, and follow-up
- Manage account requests, sales assets, and catalog collections
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet sales needs and deadlines
- Analyze sales data, create reports, and track sales performance
- Support the Director, Licensing, and team on various projects, including asset curation, cataloging, and fulfillment
- Communicate with external licensees, vendors, and stakeholders
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support or publishing support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Keynote
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter, motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the publishing industry
