Position Overview
As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting customer service, technical support, and customer sales interactions. You will interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and ensure accurate data entry
- Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade existing products and services
- Explain and position products and processes with customers, highlighting key features and benefits
- Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team, ensuring prompt resolution
- Ensure first-call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, reducing the need for follow-up calls

Essential Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute) and utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating system and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting performance goals
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues, with a focus on resolving problems efficiently
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious), with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage, with excellent time management skills
- Strong team orientation and customer focus, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues

- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or sales, with a proven track record of success
- Experience working in a remote or call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center operations
- Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or technical support, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development
