Job Summary
As a Remote Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of customer calls, providing education and assistance on benefits plans, and processing enrollment transactions. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver precise and personalized support to clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 20-30 calls daily, with an average duration of 8-9 minutes per call, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Provide education and assistance to customers concerning their benefits plans, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their coverage options.
- Process enrollment transactions accurately and efficiently, addressing any arising issues or concerns.
- Accurately document all customer interactions within the client system, maintaining detailed records of client interactions.
- Utilize call guides to access client-specific information and deliver precise responses to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center, hospitality, or retail customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technology.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capacity to manage multiple monitors and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
