Key Responsibilities
As a Homebound SSN Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality educational services to students with specialized support needs in their homes. This will involve:
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with students, parents, and other support staff
- Delivering personalized instruction and support to students, tailored to their unique needs and learning styles
- Monitoring student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and adjusting instruction accordingly

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Valid Colorado teaching license endorsed in Special Education Generalist or Specialist (5-21)
- Passing score on the PRAXIS Elementary Education exam (Exam #5001 or #5018)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
