Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of patient care to ensure that it meets our quality standards and guidelines
- Develop and implement testing strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of our care protocols
- Create and execute test scripts for functional, automation, and performance testing to identify areas for improvement
- Derive testing requirements from functional and business requirements to ensure the quality of applications delivered
- Document and communicate test status at the individual level, assisting in resolving problems identified by team members
- Create and review test reports to provide insights and recommendations for quality improvement
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, with equivalent experience defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
- At least 1 year of experience in industry-leading database environments, such as DB2/UDB, Oracle, SQL Server, or Sybase
- 1 year of experience in analytics, reporting, and data utilizing industry-standard tools
- 1 year of experience with SQL
- 1 year of experience testing applications where no GUI testing was involved; all testing was back-end processing, file processing, and/or interfaces between systems
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Strong hands-on experience in Test Automation Tools and exposure to Automation frameworks like Testng or Hybrid frameworks
- Certifications in quality assurance or a related field
- Experience working in a remote environment and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
