Key Responsibilities

• Find and hire extremely smart, detailed, eager, and reliable people to fill various roles within the company
• Set clear, detailed written performance agreements and hold people to those agreements
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for each role
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with candidates and vendors
• Analyze applicant tests and create and optimize talent tests
• Source, publish, and promote job openings to attract top talent
• Onboard and train new employees to ensure a smooth transition
• Develop training programs with managers to ensure that new employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
• Manage and lead internal and external teams to achieve the CEO's desired goals
• Assess resource needs and source and manage project-based contractors as needed
• Schedule meetings and interviews with candidates and stakeholders
