Job Summary
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our clients' products and services. This is a 3-month contract position with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment. Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to customers and prospects in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Promoting clients' products and services and meeting sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer information in our CRM system
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills

Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or outbound sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a home-based environment with minimal supervision
