Job Summary
As an Associate Customer Care Professional in our Generosity Program, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing solutions to clients. You will work with a diverse range of clients, building rapport and trust to accurately assess their needs and present complex solutions. Your passion for serving others, combined with your integrity and commitment to excellence, will be essential to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer experiences, working with clients from diverse backgrounds to assess their needs and present solutions
- Build rapport and trust with clients, using clear, concise, and positive language to gather relevant information
- Navigate multiple systems and technologies to access client information and provide solutions
- Work independently, with minimal supervision, to resolve client issues and provide solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues and managers to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- Post-secondary education preferred
Experience:
- Customer service, financial services, or insurance experience preferred
- Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to change and contribute to continuous improvement
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
