About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support to our customers via phone, email, and online channels. You will work in a fast-paced environment, addressing customer inquiries related to billing, insurance verification, products, and services. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and online channels for billing, insurance verification, product, and service inquiries.
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer questions.
- Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish, collaborating with healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff when necessary.
- Deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced environment, addressing customer insurance and copay inquiries.
- Offer technical support for navigating our online pharmacy platform.
- Ensure timely service to enhance customer relationships, seeing every interaction as an opportunity to build lasting connections.
- Promote customer safety and adhere to our Work From Home policy.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years or older).
- 6+ years of professional experience with computer and online tools.
- Proven multitasking skills with phone and computer abilities.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
