We are seeking an accomplished and highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to a small group of executives and occasionally a handful of other Chiefs within Netflix USA. As a successful candidate, you will be self-motivated, fast-thinking, proactive, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and meticulous attention to detail at all times.
Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Studio Leadership team with scheduling meetings and appointments with various groups across different locations and time zones in close collaboration with other Executive Assistants within the global Netflix organization
- Serving as the primary point of coordination for visitors to the Washington office from other Netflix offices and teams, including arranging itineraries, coordinating logistics, and making travel arrangements
- Planning and coordinating large and small events in or outside the office in collaboration with Communications and Office teams (e.g., off-sites, gatherings, including plan development, venue booking, catering, and budget tracking)
- Assisting the Office Team in various projects around the office as needed on an occasional basis
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant, providing support to multiple executives at a fast-paced organization (experience in an entertainment/tech setting or similar is a plus)
- Experience working in a global environment, with the ability to navigate different cultures and time zones
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders through composed and verbal communications
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, and internal and external partners
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Fluency in English and Finnish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Schedules, with the ability to create clear and concise materials, including trackers, presentations, plans, and notices

- Experience working in the entertainment or tech industry, with a deep understanding of the gaming sector
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with event planning and coordination, including budgeting and logistics

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication
