Job Overview

In this part-time Executive Assistant role, you will be responsible for managing all facets of the Chairman of the Board's day-to-day operations. With a strong focus on meeting calendaring, scheduling, and coordination, you will ensure seamless execution of the Chairman's busy schedule. Although the position is mainly remote, you will be required to visit various offices and event sites in Newport Beach as needed, approximately 6-10 hours per month. You will work Monday through Friday, 4-5 hours per day, between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm, earning a competitive hourly rate of $32-$35 per hour, depending on experience.
