As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions or concerns about our products or services. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, resolving customer issues and complaints, and providing feedback to management on customer concerns and trends.

Our technology and product teams build world-class customer relationship management systems and innovative self-service solutions that are used by millions of customers every day on Amazon's websites, shopping apps, and through Amazon's family of devices such as Kindle and Amazon Echo.
