We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Claims Agent to join our team on a full-time basis, working a night shift from 8pm to 4am, Sunday to Thursday, for 35 hours per week. As a Claims Agent, you will be responsible for receiving and managing customer claims, ensuring timely and effective solutions, and providing excellent customer service. You will work independently from home, with occasional visits to our Norwich office for training and team meetings.
