About the Role: Channel Manager - UKI

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Channel Manager to join our team in the UK and Ireland. As a Channel Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our channel strategy, building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan that focuses on net new business generated by the channel ecosystem and expands the partner network within the region
• Recruit and onboard new strategic channel partners, ensuring a strong fit with our business goals and values
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, providing exceptional support and guidance to help them succeed and grow their business
• Develop and implement a business development and revenue plan with BlueCat partners, aligning with our overall sales strategy and goals
• Manage deal registration, forecast, and pipeline with BlueCat channel partners, coordinating partner engagement and sales activities with our regional sales teams
• Drive joint opportunity development activities with channel partners through account mapping, marketing activities, and utilizing BlueCat channel marketing programs
• Provide regular insights and feedback to internal teams on partner needs, representing their views and requirements throughout the organization

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or computer science
• 5+ years of prior experience in enterprise software and channel management, with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong partner relationships
• Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the technology industry and the needs of our customers and partners
• Fluency in English, with additional languages such as Italian, French, or Spanish being an advantage
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with a valid driver's license and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
