About the Role

As a Senior Customer Analytics Product Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center item strategy. Your mission will be to enhance the quality and accessibility of client examination and experiences for internal stakeholders. This involves defining and communicating a clear strategy, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center, ensuring that tools are built and scaled to meet the security and integrity needs of internal teams analyzing client data.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Client Investigation Center item strategy to improve the quality and transparency of client examination and experiences for internal buyers.
• Define and communicate a clear methodology, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center, aligning with blithequark's overall goals and objectives.
• Ensure that tools and systems are developed and scaled to support the security and integrity requirements of internal teams analyzing client data and insights.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and internal adoption of the Client Investigation Center.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in client digital identity, client examination, data security, and privacy, identifying potential opportunities for item development and differentiation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, blithequark Interface, Data Ventures, blithequark+, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality client examination solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and client privacy.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum capabilities:

• Either a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with 7 years of experience in product management, or 9 years of experience in product management or a related area.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following preferred capabilities can significantly enhance your candidacy:

• A graduate degree in Software Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
• A background in creating inclusive digital experiences, with knowledge of executing Web Content Accessibility Rules (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
