Job Summary: Sr. Coordinator Service Center

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Coordinator Service Center to join our remote customer service team on a part-time basis. As a Sr. Coordinator, you'll provide critical administrative support to our service center teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service functions and delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities

• Offer high-level administrative support to Director(s) and their service center teams, maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment, tact, and initiative.
• Take ownership of administrative tasks, including scheduling, arranging meetings, and coordinating large group gatherings.
• Lead and support team needs, such as ordering supplies, maintaining the supply area, assisting with team events, updating team communication boards, making travel arrangements, and processing expenses.
• Play a key role in onboarding and setting up new team members, including coordinating the team recognition program, participating in division projects, and serving as a resource for the service center(s) you support.
• Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and work demands.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• A task-oriented mindset with a strong sense of priority and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• A high level of drive and flexibility to adapt to changing workloads

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation Range: $16.68 - $30.05 per hour
