Key Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, responding to email requests, and providing timely and effective solutions to client issues. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and responding to email requests promptly and professionally.
- Scheduling service appointments, preparing estimates, and processing client payments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure effective customer issue resolution and providing support when needed.
- Tracking and reporting client communications and activity to ensure accurate records and follow-up.
- Transitioning quickly between answering calls and making calls to maintain an average of 8-10 calls per hour each day.
- Managing priorities, multi-tasking efficiently, and maintaining excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality service.
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Essential Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service and/or call center experience or scheduling experience.
- Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute (wpm).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong internet connectivity and a dedicated home office space, free from distractions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week between 8:00am - 6:00pm (Central time), Monday to Friday.
- Availability for one Saturday shift per month 8:00am - 3:00pm (Central time).
- An up-to-date and fast laptop or desktop computer and extremely fast and reliable internet access.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous work-from-home experience.
- Experience working in a dynamic, high-call volume environment.
