At blithequark, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our clients with their health benefit plans. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in answering telephone inquiries from plan participants, client contacts, and providers regarding self-funded and partially self-funded group health benefits and/or fully insured products. You'll also be responsible for claims payment research and providing clear and accurate responses to requests for information.
