They are seeking an experienced Litigation Writer to support a high-volume portfolio of complex cases by drafting motions, briefs, and conducting legal research.
Responsibilities
• Draft persuasive briefs, motions, oppositions, and supporting documents for class action Wage & Hour matters
• Conduct comprehensive legal research on complex issues
• Assist with drafting discovery responses, declarations, and case materials
• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare filings in state and federal courts
• Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, high-impact litigation environment
Skills
• 3+ years' experience in legal writing within litigation, class actions, appellate work, or employment law
• Exceptional written advocacy, issue-spotting, and analytical skills
• Ability to produce clear, concise, and highly persuasive legal documents
• Strong preference for candidates with plaintiff-side or Wage & Hour experience
• JD or licensed attorney preferred
• Bar admission in CA, WA, IL, NY, or CO is a plus but not mandatory
