A dynamic Trial & Defense team is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate with approximately 3 years of experience to join a fast‑paced, supportive, and collaborative practice. What You'll Do
• Conduct in‑depth legal research
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Interview clients, witnesses, and individuals involved in accidents
• Communicate case status and strategy directly with clients
• Collaborate closely with experienced attorneys on a range of matters, including:
• General liability
• Premises liability
• Negligent security
• Wrongful death
• Construction claims
• Automotive accidents
• Property damage
• High‑exposure product liability litigation
What we're Looking For
• Licensed to practice in Florida
• Strong academic background
• Prior litigation experience
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Highly organized with strong time‑management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
