About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Enterprise Success team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall success of one of our largest retail customers, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth. You will report directly to the VP of Enterprise Success and will be ideally based in Bentonville, AR, or Dallas, TX, with a willingness to travel frequently to Bentonville.
