We're seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team, responsible for expanding our network of service providers through selling our top-quality digital advertising campaigns (Angi Ads) or our unique lead generation service (Angi Leads). Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach to service providers via phone to discuss Angi's value proposition, products, and advertising options, making up to 200 dials a day
- Overcoming objections and negotiating advertising solutions while building trust with service providers
- Coaching service providers on effective consumer engagement strategies
- Researching service providers using internal notes, company websites, and public information
- Guiding service providers through the background check authorization and approval process
- Meeting and exceeding required sales targets, with a focus on units sold and contract value
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and work independently
- Motivation to exceed sales goals and contribute to the team's success
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and maintain attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and proven computer aptitude
- Individual hardline high-speed internet connection and ability to utilize company-provided equipment, including webcam
- Must be at least 21 years old and pass a criminal background check
Benefits and Compensation:
- $35,000 - $80,000 per year, with uncapped commission and average annual earnings of $70,000 - $80,000
- Ongoing bonus opportunities and incentives, including up to $5,000 in the first 3 months
