Job Title: Remote UX/UI Designer

Salary: $90,000 $140,000 per year (based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to design intuitive and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating seamless user interfaces and improving the overall user experience. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must be based in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to bring concepts to life.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and design systems.
- Optimize user flows, interactions, and visual elements to enhance the overall user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work, user flows, and wireframes.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Knowledge of usability testing, user research, and wireframing tools.
- Solid understanding of design systems, visual design principles, and interaction design.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in designing for SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development (optional but beneficial).
- Experience with agile or scrum methodologies in a design environment.
