Village Plumbing, Air & Electric is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who is focused on building relationships and converting warm leads into loyal customers. The role involves making daily calls to follow up on unsold opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Call warm leads daily — unsold repair and replacement estimates are your goldmine
- Close the deal over the phone with confidence, empathy, and urgency
- Build trust by overcoming objections and offering flexible financing options
- Be the go-to resource for our techs and outside sales reps — help get the sale across the finish line
- Follow up like a pro: phone, text, email — whatever it takes to reconnect
- Make happy calls to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
- Track all activity in Service Titan CRM and keep your follow-ups organized
- Be ready to make 65+ calls per day — we’re not shy about working the phone!
- 2–2.5 closed deals per week
- $150K in monthly closed sales
- All unsold leads contacted within 24 hours
- Multiple contact attempts across multiple days and platforms
- A growing pipeline and stronger relationships every single day
Skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Prior inside sales or call center sales experience (agency recruitment, car sales, or B2B a plus)
- Comfortable making dozens of calls per day — and bouncing back from rejection
- Natural relationship-builder with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financing plans — and the ability to clearly present options
- Familiar with CRMs
- Strong emotional intelligence: especially when customers are frustrated
- Customer-first mindset: you love helping people and making things right
- Grit: the persistence to turn “no” into “not yet” then a “not yet” to a “yes lets do business”
- A bias for action: you don't wait to be told, you go make it happen
