- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services

- Contacting vendors and placing orders as required
- Maintaining accurate records and notes of customer interactions
- Working independently and multitasking to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Participating in on-the-job training to stay updated on company products, services, and policies
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you should possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
