- Directly oversee two senior managers who are responsible for high‑impact accounts such as HEB, Brookshire, K‑VA‑T Food City, and the Military Channel.
- Design, negotiate, and execute annual partnership agreements that maximize trade spend efficiency, T&E budgets, and long‑term growth potential.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional partners (marketing, finance, supply chain, innovation) to build integrated annual plans that balance short‑term wins with sustainable long‑term success.
- Lead the development of compelling selling stories that translate data insights into actionable merchandising, pricing, assortment, and innovation strategies.
- Own the end‑to‑end process of contract administration, new item introductions, and compliance paperwork for all assigned accounts.
