We're excited to offer a Technical Customer Experience Representative role that starts at $20 per hour, with opportunities for growth and professional development. Many of our current associates have seen increases to up to $21 per hour based on their schedule and performance within the first several months of joining our team. As a Technical Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier technical support to our customers, educating them on system installation and use, and troubleshooting issues. To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring a proven track record of success in a phone-based customer service or call center position, as well as the ability to understand and determine root causes of customer issues. You should be comfortable with technology and able to provide technical assistance for consumer electronics.
