Remote Call Center Sales and Service Representative

About the Role:

We're looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Remote Call Center Sales and Service Representative. In this exciting role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in basic computer skills

Must be 16 years or older

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a call center environment

Experience in a sales role

Experience working from home

Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients

Identifying customer needs and promoting our products and services

Resolving customer issues and escalating as necessary

Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Technical Requirements:

Reliable high-speed wired internet connection

Download: 20 mbps minimum

Upload: 10 mbps minimum

Latency: less than 50 ms

Jitter: less than 15 ms

Personal computer that meets our minimum standards (Intel Core i3 at 3GHz or better, 8 GB or higher memory, 1440x900 or better screen resolution)

Wired headset and webcam required
