Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Requirements and Benefits

• Work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling available after completion of training.
• Attend 5 weeks of training, Monday - Friday from 4PM – 8PM, to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Work a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours based on business needs.
• Type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred, to efficiently manage customer inquiries and respond to chats in a timely manner.
