Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, both in-center and online
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, establishing trust and confidence in the Mathnasium program
- Become proficient in the Mathnasium Method, digital educational materials, and processes
- Assess student progress, collaborate with team members, and deliver personalized instruction
- Maintain a clean and professional learning environment, and assist with non-instructional tasks as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Math competency through at least Algebra I
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and learn new methods and materials
- Willingness to undergo training in the Mathnasium Method and pass a background check
