- Making Call Backs: Making call backs to clients as needed.
Essential Functions

- Working Up to 5 Hours of Overtime per Week: Working flexible hours to meet business needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications
- 2 Years of Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and navigation of multiple screens and systems.
- Active Listening: Excellent active listening skills.
- Telephone Etiquette: Professional telephone etiquette.

- Data Entry: Accurate data entry skills.
Preferred Qualifications
