Job Summary
As a Member Service Representative at Canvas Credit Union, you will work in our fast-paced communications center, providing exceptional service and support to our members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Learning and Understanding Member Needs: Listen to and understand the needs and concerns of our members, providing personalized support and guidance.
- Educating Members on Financial Products and Services: Educate members on our range of financial products and services, helping them make informed decisions about their financial futures.
- Providing Product Solutions: Provide meaningful, careful, and focused product solutions that meet the needs of our members.
- Processing Transactions: Process transactions, such as transfers and payments, with courtesy and professionalism.
- Advanced Transactions: Perform advanced transactions, such as IRAs, CDs, and wire transfers, and handle disputes in a calm and professional manner.
- Growing with Us: Stay up-to-date on financial industry trends, products, and services, and share your knowledge with colleagues and members.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as a Member Service Representative at Canvas Credit Union, you will need:
