Key Responsibilities

- Maintain brand and operational standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization

- Act as a cashier when required, following cashier protocol and ensuring accurate transactions
- Process shipments and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor in full size run
- Assist management in identifying and resolving issues in the store, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Provide product and brand knowledge to customers, answering questions and making recommendations
- Follow all company policies and procedures, notifying management of any infractions or concerns
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and sales promotions
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
- Ability to stand for long periods, read computer terminals, push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds
- Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work closing shifts from 4PM-1AM
Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Disney products and brands
- Experience working with visual merchandising and inventory management
- Ability to speak multiple languages
