The Role: Retail Leader and Customer Experience Specialist
As a Store Supervisor at Nike, you'll play a critical role in delivering a premium in-store experience to our customers. Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring a strong and diverse skillset, including:
- At least 1 year of retail and/or consumer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Flexibility and willingness to work a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business
- Enthusiasm for engaging with customers and inspiring them to become Nike Members
- Digital literacy, with a desire to learn and adapt to technology needs with agility
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or GED preferred
