As a Network Specialist for New Initiatives, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the launch and execution of upcoming team projects related to Network Operations. Your expertise will be crucial in creating and maintaining tools, documents, and resources to house contracts and supporting records, ensuring seamless operations and compliance. This is a remote position based on Eastern Time, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a cohesive team based in NYC.
To excel in this role, you should have a BA/BS degree and preferably 1-2 years of experience in operations or project management. A passion for data and proficiency in working with large datasets in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets are essential. Previous experience with technical platforms and funnels, as well as comfort navigating Business Intelligence Tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, will be highly valued. You should be adaptable, flexible, and thrive in a cross-collaborative environment, with excellent communication skills to interact with our providers, technical stakeholders, and team leaders. Service-oriented experience and the ability to lead with empathy are crucial in delivering the high level of care that Talkspace is known for.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000.00 - $65,000.00, based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, ensuring that we pay competitively for the skills and experience you bring.
