Key Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Home Usage Tests (IHUT) for various products, following specific instructions and guidelines
• Document your experiences, including taking screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and writing product journal entries
• Use the product responsibly and take care of it during the testing period
• Read and follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, and writing reviews
• Participate in private chat rooms or online discussions to provide feedback and insights on the products being tested
• Use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (if required) to capture Point-of-Emotion insights and provide unparalleled depth of responses

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Product Tester, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Ability to follow specific instructions and guidelines
• Excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
• Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
