Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Associate to work from home on a seasonal basis. Key Responsibilities
- Process all incoming Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Set up Profiles for all Excel orders, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Process incoming paper orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division, meeting demanding deadlines and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled efficiently.
- Process incoming Treasury Batch orders efficiently, meeting deadlines for Treasury and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and secure.
- Execute Customer Gift History lists, providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
- Enter Catalog requests and address changes, ensuring that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, timely, and professional manner, meeting all accuracy and productivity standards.
- Monitor and maintain business and product knowledge information, utilizing all available resources to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Process Special Projects for various departments throughout the company, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 6 months of data entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
- Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel, including the ability to use formulas, create charts and graphs, and manage large datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability, with the ability to meet the demands of the Business Gift Division and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A typing speed of at least 35 words per minute, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven knowledge of computer navigation, including the ability to use Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Excellent spelling and grammar, with the ability to proofread and edit documents accurately.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
System Requirements
To work from home as a Data Entry Associate, you will need to have:
- A reliable computer with a Windows 10 operating system, 8 Gigabytes of RAM, and 50GB available space on your Hard Drive.
- A stable internet connection with a download speed of at least 5mbs and an upload speed of at least 3mbs (preferably a wired connection).
- A USB headset with mic, 1024 x 768 resolution minimum on home monitors or screens, and a mouse/touchpad and keyboard.
- A cellphone or landline (for DUO), and a current IOS or Windows 10 OS.
- A 8th-10th Gen Intel or AMD Ryzen CPU (if you bought your pc/laptop in the last 2 years, the CPU is most likely comparable to these suggestions).
