Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service across various channels, including phone, chat, social media, and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Think critically and respond quickly to customer questions, resolving issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a polite, empathic, and professional tone.
- Assess customer needs and provide personalized support to achieve first-contact resolutions, building sustainable relationships and engagements.
- Follow established customer service procedures, best practices, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in all interactions.
- Manage and prioritize multiple customer contacts simultaneously, staying within service level agreement (SLA) times for all channels.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Social media experience is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
